The DECOC women’s department, established in January 2023 on DECOC New Year’s Day celebration, wasted no time and promptly organized for the very first time an event on the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day on Saturday, March 25, 2023. The event was part of the reflection on the theme: “ For an inclusive digital world: innovation and technologies for gender equality ”, proposed by the United Nations for the year 2023 and on the rights of women particularly in Africa and in the world in general.

In addition, this event constituted a framework for socio-cultural exchanges with women from other communities from different African states and other continents, present in South Korea.
